The first million guests who shop at Target on Sunday, April 17, 2011, will receive free reusable bags. Limit one bag per person while supplies last. Last year, most stores ran out within a few hours, so if you want one go early.

Free Fry Day at Chick-fil-A

On March 4, 2011, Chick-fil-A customers are invited to try out the new Heinz Dip and Squeeze. Just mention the ketchup and they’ll give you a free medium order of Waffle Fries. The offer is good only between 2 and 4 p.m.

National Pancake Day at IHOP

Mark March 1, 2011 on your calendar and head over to IHOP restaurants for a free short stack of pancakes. The offer runs 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.

In return for the free flapjacks, IHOP asks customers to consider leaving a little something behind for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals and other designated local charities. IHOP raised more than $2.1 million last year. IHOP began its National Pancake Day in 2006, and since then, has raised $5.35 million for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals and other local charities and given away more than 10.1 million buttermilk pancakes.

FREE Baja Fish Taco at Long John Silvers

On Tuesday, July 14, from open until 2:30 p.m., you can get a free Baja Fish Taco at participating Long John Silvers. Limit one per customer, no purchase necessary.

FREE Mocha Mondays at McDonalds

Starting TODAY and running through August 3, 2009, you can visit McDonalds between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. for  a FREE iced or hot mocha. Limit one per person per visit.

Wednesday Freebies at Arby’s

I took my kids to Arby’s in Biltmore today for the Wednesday freebie. Today, we each received a FREE roast beef and cheddar sandwich with the purchase of a drink. Three small drinks cost five bucks and a few pennies.

If your local Arby’s is participating, you shouldn’t even need a coupon. How will you know if your Arby’s is participating? Some restaurants have flyers up touting the promotion—they’re the easiest ones to ID. With others, you may need to call first to ask. Click here to find an Arby’s near you.

I can vouch for Arby’s in Biltmore and Arby’s in Weaverville as participating in this promotion.
