That’s right — dress like a cow and you’ll receive a free meal on Friday, July 10, 2009. They also have a download for a cow costume starter kit on their Cow Appreciation Day website.

Wednesday Freebies at Arby’s

I took my kids to Arby’s in Biltmore today for the Wednesday freebie. Today, we each received a FREE roast beef and cheddar sandwich with the purchase of a drink. Three small drinks cost five bucks and a few pennies.

I originally posted the list of Arby Wednesday freebies in May, but today is a good day to update:

If your local Arby’s is participating, you shouldn’t even need a coupon. How will you know if your Arby’s is participating? Some restaurants have flyers up touting the promotion—they’re the easiest ones to ID. With others, you may need to call first to ask. Click here to find an Arby’s near you.

I can vouch for Arby’s in Biltmore and Arby’s in Weaverville as participating in this promotion.
